Grochowskiej 27, 60-277 Pozna\u0144 (dalej SAT).<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><b>Why do we need personal data?<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p4\">Each time before we engage in personal data processing activities, SAT identifies the purpose and the legal basis for data processing, as well as the data retention period. with?<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">The Data Protection Officer (DPO) verifies the correctness of personal data processing.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">W ramach swoich dzia\u0142a\u0144 jest r\u00f3wnie\u017c punktem kontaktowym dla wszelkich zg\u0142osze\u0144 zwi\u0105zanych z ewentualnymi nieprawid\u0142owo\u015bciami w ich przetwarzaniu. Do IOD mog\u0105 si\u0119 wi\u0119c Pa\u0144stwo zwr\u00f3ci\u0107 np. je\u017celi chc\u0105 zrealizowa\u0107 jedno z praw przys\u0142uguj\u0105cych na mocy RODO (<i>As part of their activities, the Data Protection Officer is also the contact person for any reports related to possible irregularities in personal data processing. Therefore, you can contact the DPO e.g. if you wish to exercise one of your rights under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC).<\/i>).<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Subject to the restrictions set out in the GDPR, you have:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s2\">the right to request from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of its processing and the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability,<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s2\">the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal,<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s2\">the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (www.uodo.gov.pl).<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\"><b>What is the procedure for servicing your request?<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">You may submit a request to our employees or directly to the Data Protection Officer. We will start processing the request immediately and we will respond within one month.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">If the verification of the possibility to fulfil your request takes longer than one month, you will be informed about the extension of the deadline for response in a separate letter. Such extension may occur due to the complexity of the request or the number of submitted requests.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">If a request does not allow your unique identification or is unclear, the Data Protection Officer will ask you to complete the request within one month after its receipt. If a request is submitted online, further correspondence will also be exchanged via this channel, if possible. Otherwise, you will be informed of the processing of your request in writing, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Requests are processed free of charge.
